"Refund came through, just took a while"
I returned a dress to astrthelabel.com and the refund did eventually come through, so I can’t really complain too much. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, though, so waiting longer than expected made it feel more frustrating than it probably normally would have.

Customer service did reply, but it wasn’t exactly fast. Overall, everything worked out okay in the end, I just wish the refund process had been a little quicker and easier to not have to keep thinking about

Am I the only one who thought the website looked nice but loaded a bit slowly? It was easy to browse and find dresses, and the filters definitely helped, though I feel like they could be a little more useful. Checkout went fine for me overall. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest.

"Color didn’t match what I expected"
The color was different from what I thought I was getting. It’s not completely unusable, but it definitely doesn’t feel accurate to the photos/description. I’d really appreciate some kind of compensation or partial refund for the mismatch.

"Returning it was surprisingly smooth"
I had to send back a dress that just didn’t feel right on me, i had a good feeling the return would be simple once I saw how quickly the label came through. The whole process was easy, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. No stress or hassle, which I really appreciated.

"Mostly Right, But a Little Confusing"
I did get the dress I ordered, so that was good, but the size label was wrong, which threw me off a bit. It worked out okay in the end, but I have mixed feelings since I expected everything to be labeled correctly

"Looked just like the photos when it arrived"
I ordered this dress last week and when it showed up a few days later, I was really happy to see it looked just like the pictures. The color was accurate and the fit was pretty much what I expected. I’ve had mixed luck with online shopping before, so I was relieved this one worked out.

I reached out to support expecting the usual waiting game, because apparently that’s a hobby now. But they replied quickly and fixed the issue without making it a whole production. So yeah, pleasantly surprised.

I was pleasantly surprised that the sizing was accurate. It fit true to size, so I didn’t have to play the usual guessing game, which was nice.

"Still looks great after washing??"
I wasn’t sure how this dress would hold up in the wash, because you never really know with clothes like this?? But I washed it in cold water and hung it up to dry, and it came out totally fine with no shrinking or weird loose threads.
The fabric still feels soft and the fit hasn’t changed at all. I’ve washed it a few times now, and it still looks pretty much like it did when I first got it. Definitely happy with it

"I do really like the styles..."
I do really like the styles here, and the dress I bought is super cute on. That said, compared to other places where my friends and I usually shop, the fabric didn’t feel quite as nice as I expected for the price. It’s definitely not bad, and I’d buy again if something was on sale, but I’m not sure I’d always pay full price

"Went from stressed to seriously relieved"
I had a question about my order and I was getting a little stressed at first. But customer service got back to me quickly, and that immediately helped. They were super nice too, not like one of those copy-paste replies that doesn’t actually answer anything. They really helped me figure things out, and by the end I felt so much better. Really happy with how they handled everything.

I liked some of the stuff, but the sizing was hit or miss for me. Also, things seemed to sell out really fast, which makes you wonder if they’re keeping enough stock around in the first place

My order showed up packaged really well, and nothing was crushed or all over the place. The dress was folded neatly, and the bag felt secure too. it made opening it feel a little more "special" than I expected

"Cute dress, but I wouldn’t fully trust it after buying"
The dress looked really cute once I put it on, but after wearing it for a few hours it started feeling tight and kind of itchy. It’s fine for a short event or a quick night out, but I definitely wouldn’t wear it all day. after paying for it, I expected it to feel a bit better quality-wise, so now I’m a little hesitant to order from them again.
